This platform has been developed by fge.ong upon the request of Ultranav
and its subsidiaries to encourage, facilitate and communicate queries and whistleblowing reports
about activities that contravene the Law, the Code of Conduct, the General Business Principles and
the internal policies and regulations of the Company, to which our employees, suppliers, customers,
investors and the rest of the major stakeholders of Ultranav may be exposed.
The following shall be borne in mind:
Ultranav and its subsidiaries will carefully analyse all the queries and whistleblowing
reports submitted to this website. Please make your report as accurate and true as possible,
and do not intentionally include false or misleading information. Intentionally providing
false or misleading information might give rise to processes of civil or criminal liability
pursuant to law.
This Whistleblowing Channel has been designed to guarantee the confidentiality of the
information furnished, and it is managed with technological support by fge.ong, and
Ultranav and its subsidiaries shall be in charge of analysing, investigating
and resolving the whistleblowing reports entered.
This service gives you the option of submitting your whistleblowing report anonymously. You
will be compulsorily asked to create a password at the end of the procedure, and an automatic
report code will be generated so you can enter the website to see the status of your
whistleblowing report or query when you deem fit. Your whistleblowing report will always be
confidential.
The user undertakes to:
Provide full and reliable information about the query or whistleblowing report, and about
himself or herself in the corresponding cases.
State and describe real situations.
Maintain suitable and respectful language.
Not incur practices of identity theft.

Establishes spam systems (unsolicited email).
Contravenes the Law, the Code of Conduct, the General Business Principles or the internal
policies and regulations of Ultranav and its subsidiaries.
By accepting the terms and conditions, the user:
Expressly authorises Ultranav and its subsidiaries to process the user's personal data provided
for the whistleblowing report or query submitted.
Ultranav shall safeguard compliance with GDPR Regulation and its subsequent amendments on the
Protection of Private Life, so the personal data to which it has access due to the whistleblowing
report or query submitted by the user shall only and exclusively be used for the purposes for
which it was provided.
This website does not capture any information without your consent. We use cookies when you file
a whistleblowing report or check its status, in order to maintain the connection between our
server and your browser. These cookies are only used for that purpose and they are not kept in
any way in the data files of this website.
The data of your whistleblowing report is kept for a minimum period of 5 years and all personal
information identifying you will be destroyed at any time, if you so request.
If you enter your contact information, this will be used exclusively for the purpose of following
up on and communicating with you regarding your report and will be treated with confidentiality.
